Young Man with a Plan delivers holistic mentoring that helps nearly 400 young Boston men gain academic and social-emotional skills and plan for and access successful futures.

YMWAP recently achieved an incredible milestone:

As of January 2026, we own the entire beautiful building in which we’ve rented space for the past five years! We’re so grateful to the funders who helped make Phase 1 happen!

YMWAP Comes Home Phase 2

With the building purchase, we’ve gained 2,000 square feet of NEW space to serve a growing number of young men with holistic mentoring.

We now need your help to:

• Build staff capacity to support growing enrollment
• Design and introduce new programming for students and alumni
• Purchase technology for college and career readiness
